To keep the tradition of the Feast of Lanterns going, we need lots of PARTNERS…..WE NEED YOU! Again this year (besides our faithful resident donors), we are asking the business community to partner with the Feast of Lanterns committee by having a liaison with the Board of Directors and by sponsoring some of the events and activities. Along with funding for these great events, we need help with year round operating costs (including storage for sets/costumes, printing, etc.)
Many events require the participation of local vendors to partner with us for services. These include not only local services provided by the City of Pacific Grove, but local businesses that provide booths at the annual Pageant, food for the Feast of Flavors, and items for the live and silent auction. For Food Vendors wishing to participate, we have provided a convenient Food Vendor Application along with Food Vendor Rules and Policies.
The Feast of Lanterns has a policy that requires any potential vendor to submit the following information to be reviewed by the Board of Directors:
- Proposed service to the Feast of Lanterns.
- Name of company to provide service.
- Number of years providing similar service.
- Proposed cost of services.
- Contact information.
Please submit this information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After this information is received, it will be reviewed and acted upon by the Board of Directors of the Feast of Lanterns.
